Accounts Admin

  1. Reconciling and managing purchase orders, sales orders, stock levels and liaising with customers and suppliers
  2. Process supplier invoices, expense reports and other data
  3. Process Sales Invoices
  4. Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier database/relationships
  5. Input customer orders and liaison with warehouse staff and customers
  6. Response to customer queries
  7. Wages preparation and all associated returns
  8. Perform VAT Returns, VIES and Intrastat Returns
  9. Any additional duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications, skills and requirements

  • Accounts Technician or Part-Qualified
  • 3 years practical working experience
  • Good attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Have an analytical mindset
  • IT proficiency in software packages
  • Ability to work independently on projects but can still work as part of a team
  • Strong deadline and task management
  • Cultivate new automated processes What we offer
  • You’ll be working directly with the management team based in the Midwest. As with all finance functions, overtime will be required on occasions.
