 SUMMARY:The marketing team has a great opportunity for an experienced channel marketing manager who has a passion for the consumer electronics/mobile technology industry to join the International Marketing team based in Shannon Co. Clare.  This role is responsible for maximising marketing opportunities in their channel.   The role will work with cross-functional teams to accomplish channel marketing goals and objectives including sales, product management, and marketing teams. They will assist in building maximum brand exposure, retail merchandising, and promotional opportunities in close partnership with the sales team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-visibility marketing plans that will be launched within many leading retailers. The role will also be responsible for our GTM (go-to-market) launches for NPI’s (new product introductions)


  • Plan and execute channel marketing plans for assigned retailers including outlining retail display and promotional opportunities working closely with the sales teams
  • Drive retail merchandising, display, and recommended plan-o-gram strategies
  • Project manage the implementation of retail POS displays ensuring a clear brief is provided to the design team that represents customer needs
  • Liase and build relationships with third party vendors that will support the POS requirements
  • Be the go-to-market lead for all new product launches, ensuring excellent and timely execution in the market.
  • Execute against company product launch tracks and ensure successful product launches in appropriate channels
  • Support and provide direction for channel events ensuring the brand and portfolio is represented in the most effective way and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing executions and promotions
  • Develop, document, and communicate channel specific requirements
  • Identify and develop sales and education tool needs for the sales team and the channel partners including presentations, launch kits, or other materials
  • Monitor and understand competitors within the channel including placement, messaging, and promotional strategies
  • Support new business pitches, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Constantly innovate and improve the in-store merchandising
  • Create and manage mapping of key partner locations and contacts
  • Ensure that marketing projects are executed to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders and partners while being delivered on time
