IT Field Support


As IT Field-Support you will be providing high quality on-site technical support to users in all branches in Ireland, but with particular focus on our Cork and Shannon locations.
Liaise with service desk and act as IT field support for internal IT requests that cannot be resolved remotely by the service desk.
Provide hardware/software support to end users on computers, mobile devices, printers, handheld devices and a wide variety of additional IT equipment.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution on the above devices.
Prepare new hardware for deployment.
Ordering hardware and ensuring all devices and equipment are fully documented, asset tagged and tracked in the IT asset register.
Contact and collaborate with software and hardware vendors to solve technical issues
Must have third level IT Qualification.
MCSE and CCNA desirable.
