Responsible for day-to-day accounting and HR activities reporting directly to the Finance Director

  • Process invoices, payments
  • Employee expenses
  • Client invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Manage payroll
  • Journal posting
  • Manage employee contracts, HR policies
  • Co-ordinate recruitment, employee induction processes
  • Management of staff database
  • Health & Safety – office employee welfare
  • Administration of company procedures (travel, expenses, holiday, sick leave, etc)
