Sales Operations Executive

Permanent role for our Shannon based client!

Main responsibilities
1. Sales Support – Support Regional Field Sales Personnel & Partners on all pre-& post sales enquiries. This includes but is not limited to order entry, back order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints and return requests.
2. Build & develop relationships with field sales, partners & resellers.
3. Ownership of weekly reports for the sales manages to include, backorders, financial targets and sell-through reports.
4. Understand the product – a flair for technical learning will be a distinct advantage. Keep abreast of any changes here and make sure to have the most up to date information possible.
5. Be proficient in internal systems & ensure you are in compliance with all procedures from an audit perspective. Police & validate that field sales & partners are adhering to processes.
6. Miscellaneous, ad-hoc tasks must be completed as required – includes backing-up colleagues during times of leave; assisting in induction training for new employees; other general administrative duties as required by Management.
7. Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement

Minimum of 3 years experience required.
